Database

MiruSuite automatically saves all your settings and configurations in a database. This includes all your devices and presets. The database is stored on your computer and can be copied to another computer to transfer your settings, if needed.

The database is stored in the following locations:

• Windows: %APPDATA%\MiruSuite\projects.mv.db
• macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/MiruSuite/projects.mv.db

To transfer your database to another computer, close MiruSuite on both computers and copy the projects.mv.db file from one application folder to the other.

On macOS, you can access the correct folder by pressing Cmd + Shift + G in Finder and entering ~/Library/Application Support/MiruSuite.

MiruSuite also creates a backup of your database every time you start the application. The backup is stored in the same folder as the database and is zipped into a file named db_2025_01_01_00_00_00.zip depending on the date and time of the backup. You can use this backup to restore your database if needed, by replacing the projects.mv.db file with the backup file.
