Audio Interface
Included in
AutoCutEducation
You can connect any audio interface to MiruSuite to use within your AutoCut setup. The following audio input types are supported:
| Driver type | OS |
|---|---|
| MME | Windows |
| WASAPI | Windows |
| CoreAudio | macOS |
Depending on your use case you will need to configure your audio interface to output the individual channels so that MiruSuite can analyze them separately.
Add audio input
Add a new device in the Devices view and add an Audio Input component to it. Select the correct audio input with the preferred driver type in the device selection dialog.
TIP
We recommend renaming the devices smartly based on the speaker name or microphone position!
Dante Virtual Soundcard
Of course, you can also use the Dante™ Virtual Soundcard to feed Dante™ audio channels into MiruSuite. You will need to set it to WDM mode and not ASIO mode, as ASIO is currently not fully supported by MiruSuite. You can find more information about the Dante™ Virtual Soundcard and how to set it up in the Dante™ documentation.

Make sure to restart MiruSuite after changing the settings of the Dante™ Virtual Soundcard.
